Eras ltd is a specialist in the field of psychometric analysis and employee resource development. They offer a range of consultancy and development programmes both in the UK and worldwide.

Situation
Ben from Eras approached Best4Systems to provide a replacement for their traditional phone system to save on expensive ISDN lines and enhance how they communicate.
Issue
The existing phone system was limiting their ability to communicate effectively internally and externally and they were becoming increasing frustrated with their inability to make their own changes and integrate remote and mobile workers.
Solution
Avalle4Business worked closely with Ben to create a tailored business solution which enhanced their inbound caller experience with recorded welcome greetings and intelligent call routing to specific departments.
As well as focus on the caller experience, each user has been provided with enhanced communication tools, with integrated desk phone and PC applications, shared customer directories, click to dial from the web, call tracking and instant messaging.
In addition Avalle4business has helped integrate home workers and mobile workers to become virtual extensions.
The final piece of the jigsaw was in enabling Eras to take control of their own adds, moves and changes. Avalle4Business provided Ben with complete administrative control accessible from any internet enabled device, providing real time control whenever needed.
