MD Francis Flanagan from Rainmaker advertising and marketing agency, approached Avalle4Business to help them with an integrated communication solution for their active outbound sales team.

Situation

Rainmaker needed a phone system to enable their growing sales team to act as a single group for inbound calls, while also enabling dedicated telephone numbers for key clients.

As a large part of their target audience is London based, it was also important if they could use a London based STD code to present a more localised office impression.
Finally they did not want to invest in an expensive phone system as they may be moving site in the future and wanted to keep outbound calling costs down to a minimum.

Solution

Avalle4Business created a virtual communication solution for Rainmaker sales with London dialling codes and provided Francis and his team with a range of IP telephones connecting through their broadband. All users were connected with single London number providing an intelligent hunt group for multiple inbound and outbound dialling. In addition each user was provided an individual London number for dedicated inbound calls and a 2000 minute inclusive call package.
The self service portal has enabled Francis to load his customer directory into the portal for personalised inbound calling, detailed call logging to see telephony activity and most importantly the ability to instantly divert calls to mobiles, voicemails or other numbers at the click of a button.
The flexibility of the service means Rainmaker can simply add news users and services when required and if they move site their service will be unaffected.
